Items purchased are shipped via FedEx. Orders are processed and picked up by next business day. Transit times vary depending on destination location.

Return & Exchange Policy
At PNW Pantry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of purchase. However, please note that all returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they were received.
We do not accept returns on opened or used food items. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and they will guide you through the process. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus any shipping charges. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
